My back workout today was what I typically do on my back days.

  • warmup
  • seated cable rows 4×10 (90lbs)
  • bent over barbell row 4×10 (65lbs)
  • wide grip cable lat pulldowns 4×10 (80lbs)
  • one arm dumbbell row 4×10 each side (35lbs)
  • weighted back extension 4×12 (10lbs)
  • assisted pullups 4×5
