I don’t do chest very often as I feel like there are other parts of my body that need more attention. In fact, I heard once that women don’t really “need” to do chest. In my opinion, yes, its important to work your whole body, obviously though, some things more than others.

June 2 Chest/Triceps

  • warmup
  • dumbbell chest press 4×10
  • laying dumbbell fly 4×10
  • pec deck cly 4×10
  • cable rope triceps push downs 4×10
  • cable rope triceps extension 4×10
  • tricep dumbbell kickback 4×10
  • bench dips 4×10

I finished my day off with a rollerblade with my dog.
