My gym workout today was shoulder – my favorite!!! This is what I did today:
- dumbbell shoulder press 4×10 (25 lbs)
- lateral dumbbell raises 4×10 (10lbs)
- one arm cable front raises 4×10 (10lbs)
- rear delts on pec deck 4×10 (60lbs)
- barbell upright row 4×10 (60lbs)
I did these, with 1 minute rest between sets. I got this part of my workout done in about 40 minutes. I added some abs and planks for #plankaday after.
